Shipping & Returns Policy

14 day refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request for a refund on all eligible products within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to request for a refund, please return it in its original packaging and follow the instructions below.

Eligible products

Products must be in the same condition you received them (unaltered, undamaged, containing no signs of wear and tear, styling products or odor), be in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

All free gifts and/or accompanying accessories to the product must be returned together.

​

Any loyalty points earned from the transaction will be deducted, and points used for the purchase will be returned.

 

Custom orders are not eligible for return.
 

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before it is shipped out. Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

Exchange

EasyMane does not provide exchange of products.

Refund instructions

You may initiate a refund by contacting returns@easymane.com with your request. EasyMane will arrange for the collection of the product from you. The shipping fee will be paid by EasyMane. If you miss the courier handling the collection, you will be responsible for shipping the product to EasyMane at your own cost.

If your order is deemed to be eligible, your refund request will be processed. If your order is not eligible, the product will be shipped back to you at your own cost. You will be updated of the refund status by email.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date it was approved and will be made through your original mode of payment.
