Shipping Policy
All of our hair systems are made to order, as such our delivery timing is at least 14 days for hair systems.
If you require a hair system urgently, please contact our team at [email protected] and inform us of your timeline. Our team will advise you accordingly depending on our order volume at the time of your request.
Shipping is currently available to the following countries:
- Singapore
- United States
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Malaysia
- Taiwan
- Hong Kong

Shipping fees and duration
To Singapore
Shipping fee: SGD $3 (free for all orders above SGD $50)
Shipping duration: 14 – 21 business days from the date of order.
Taxes: There are no taxes for Singapore orders.
To United States
Shipping fee: SGD $45
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: Tariffs of 30% will apply for all orders. Either the logistics provider or the USA customs will contact you with the payment details when the goods arrive in USA. Please note that the tariffs are subject to changes, and the value stated here may change without prior notice.
To Australia
Shipping fee: SGD $35
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: No duties and taxes for orders less than AUD 1000. For orders above AUD 1000, you will be required to pay a custom duties of 5%. Either the logistics provider or the Australian customs will contact you with the payment details when the goods arrive in Australia.
To United Kingdom
Shipping fee: SGD $40
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: VAT of 20% will apply for all orders. Either the logistics provider or the UK customs will contact you with the payment details when the goods arrive in the UK.
To Malaysia
Shipping fee: SGD $30
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: EasyMane will cover the taxes payable to Malaysia for the shipment. You do not have to pay any customs duties or taxes.
To Taiwan
Shipping fee: SGD $30
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: For orders above TWD 2000, you will be required to pay a custom duties of 10.54%. Either the logistics provider or the Taiwanese customs will contact you with the payment details when the goods arrive in Taiwan.
To Hong Kong
Shipping fee: SGD $30
Shipping duration: 21 – 28 business days from the date of order.
Customs duties and taxes: There are no taxes and duties for deliveries to Hong Kong.
Delivery Instructions
For a smooth and prompt delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your phone number and detailed address. This ensures your package reaches you without issues.
We are not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages resulting from the following issues:
- Incorrect phone number
- Inaccurate or incomplete address
- Not responding to calls or messages from the courier
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, return shipping fees, or additional costs incurred if a package is returned.
Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellation
Orders for all products except custom hair systems can be cancelled before it is shipped out. Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Custom hair systems can be cancelled before the hair system is produced. Please contact our team via [email protected] if you wish to cancel a custom hair system order and our team will let you know if it can be cancelled.
14 day refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request for a return and refund, or an exchange on all eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to the below sections for return and exchange instructions.
Please note that shipping fees and any custom duties and taxes for the product will not be refunded by EasyMane.
Eligible products
Hair system accessories are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Hair systems must be in the same condition you received them (unaltered, undamaged, containing no signs of wear and tear, styling products or odor), be in their original packaging, and returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
All free gifts and/or accompanying accessories to the hair system must be returned together, unless otherwise instructed by EasyMane’s team during your return request.
Please note that custom hair systems are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom hair systems are systems that have customized hair length, base size, hair color, or other custom options applied.
Return and refund instructions
You may initiate a return and refund request by contacting [email protected] with your request.
Please include the following information in your returns request:
- Your name
- Your order ID
- Item(s) that you wish to return
- Reason for returning the items
EasyMane will arrange for the collection of the product from you. The shipping fee will be paid by EasyMane. Should you miss the courier collection, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the product to EasyMane. EasyMane will not be held responsible for any shipping delays or lost parcels for items you ship yourself.
Upon receiving your item, EasyMane will assess if it is eligible for refund. If your order is deemed to be eligible, your refund request will be processed. If your order is not eligible, the product will be shipped back to you at your own cost. You will be updated of the refund status by email.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date it was approved and will be made through your original mode of payment.
Please note that shipping fees and any custom duties and taxes for the product will not be refunded by EasyMane.
Exchange
For eligible hair systems, you may request an exchange for the same type of system. E.g. If you purchased a Silk Lace system, you can request to exchange it for another Silk Lace system of a different size.
Custom hair systems are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange instructions
You may initiate an exchange request by contacting [email protected] with your request.
Please include the following information in your exchange request:
- Your name
- Your order ID
- Item(s) that you wish to return
- Reason for exchanging the items
- What product you wish to exchange it for
EasyMane will arrange for the collection of the product from you. The shipping fee will be paid by EasyMane. EasyMane will not be held responsible for any shipping delays or lost parcels for items you ship yourself.
