Can I swim with the hair system?
Yes, you can swim with the hair system. The system will remain secure while you swim.
How secure is the system?
Our systems are secured by tape at the front, and clips at the side and back. It is more than secure enough for daily wear, and will not fall out from pulling, swimming, strong wind, or exercise. This method of adhesion is highly secure, makes it easy to maintain the system, and increases the lifespan of the systems.
Our systems can also be worn with only tape or glue if you prefer. However this method will require you to shave the middle section of your head.
How much does it cost?
The cost of a hair system depends on the type of base material you choose. When worn with clips, our Cool Lace systems can last more than a year, brining the cost down to as low as $1 a day.

How do I wear it?
Our recommended method is to use a combination of clips and tape to secure our hair systems. 4 clips at the side and back, along with tape on the front.
A video guide will be provided to help you learn how to wear it. With just a few minutes of practice, you will be able to wear and take off the system in seconds.
Our systems can also be worn with only tape or glue if you prefer. However this method will require you to shave the middle section of your head.
Do I need to wear it to sleep?
You don’t need to wear it to sleep. Our hair systems can be taken out every night, placed on a rack, and worn again the next day.
If you wish to, you can sleep while wearing the hair system. However this is not recommended as the friction between the hair and your bedding will cause faster wear and tear, reducing the lifespan of your system.
How do I wash my hair?
You can remove the hair system any time you want and wash your natural hair as per usual. Simply wear the hair system after drying your natural hair.
How do I maintain/wash the hair system?
Maintenance is done by washing and conditioning the hair, and replacing the front tape with new tape.
The entire process is simple, not messy and takes about 15 minutes. Typically you would do a maintenance every 7-10 days.
You do not need to wash the hair system in between maintenance.
How often do I need to maintain the system?
Typically you would need to change the tape and wash your hair system every 7-10 days. The frequency may vary depending on various factors e.g. what activities you do, how much you sweat, how long you wear the system daily etc.
Can I shower with the hair system?
Yes, you can shower while wearing the hair system. You can even shampoo the hair system while wearing it. Just be careful not to rub the hair excessively to avoid tangling.
It is recommended to wash the hair system every 7-10 days when you maintain the system. However, sometimes you may wish to shower with it to wash off any hair products so that you can restyle it.
Washing the hair system every day is not recommended because it will cause wear and tear, reducing the lifespan of the hair system.
What kind of hairstyles can I do?
You can do any type of hairstyles. We will provide video guides to help you perfect your style.
That being said, we do not recommend short hairstyles for individuals who are new to hair systems because short hairstyles require more skill to blend with your natural hair, and you will need to trim your natural hair more often.
Can I dye the hair system?
Yes, you can dye and bleach the hair system to whatever colour you want. Please let us know that you intend to dye the hair system upon purchase. We will ensure that your system is made with undyed hair so that you can have an easier time dyeing it.
Do note that undyed hair systems will not have bleached knots.
Note that excessive and repeated dyeing or bleaching of the hair system will cause the hair to become dry and reduce the lifespan of the system.
Do I need to visit your salon?
EasyMane does not operate a salon. We are an e-commerce store selling ready to wear hair systems that you can wear right out of the box.
This model allows you to DIY your hair system, giving you more control, convenience and flexibility. Our aim is to offer men a practical, simple way to have great hair again.
With EasyMane, you can simply visit any salon you prefer, and ask the stylist to cut your natural hair so that it blends in with the hair system. You can even cut your own hair if you want to, we have guides for that!
For your convenience, we will provide guides on how to communicate with stylists. You can also book a video consult with us if you need any guidance.
What if the haircut is too long or too thick for me?
Our haircuts and hair thickness is designed to suit most users, allowing most of our customers to wear the hair system as is, right out of the box.
For some customers, they may need to trim or make the hair system thinner. In this situation, you can wear the system and visit a hair stylist to trim the hair system. Most hair stylist will be able to retain the shape of the haircut and just shorten it to your desired length.
To make the hair system thinner, ask your stylist to use a thinning scissors to thin the system at the base of the hair. This will remove the entire hair strand, making the system look thinner in a natural way.
